The original look had the ears covered; considering this character was loosely based upon Mr. Spock from Star Trek: The Original Series, I decided his ears should be a bit more prominent...okay a LOT more prominent.

This is a finished sculpted head ready for the print mold. Once the mold is complete, a silicone rubber cast will be made; the skin pigmentation and hair punching processes can then begin.

In this editorial "Batman Takes Public Transit," I went with a comical depiction of bankruptcy and elevated gas prices...even superheroes aren’t exempt from an upset economy...the concept was one of everyday answers when living in large cities: no gas? Take L-train!
